1042.03 USE OF FUNDS.

The funds received from the collection of sewer service rates and charges shall be deposited with the City Finance Director and kept by him or her in a separate and distinct fund. This fund shall be used for the payment of the cost of the management, construction, maintenance, debt service, operation, design, improvement and expansion of the sewerage system and sewage treatment plant.
