1024.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY AS DISTRICT FOR CONTROL OF BLIGHT AND DISEASE.

A district is hereby established within the City to control the blight and disease of shade trees within the public rights of way and for planting, maintaining, trimming and removing shade trees in and along the streets of the City. The boundary of such district shall be the City limits of the City of Miamisburg.
