(a) Council hereby authorizes the County to designate the City of Miamisburg, as described in Exhibit “A” attached to original Ordinance 5267, passed June 2, 1998, as an Enterprise Zone.
(b) The Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio, is hereby authorized to include this section in the petition to the Director of the Department of Development of the State of Ohio.
(c) The Clerk of Council and the Finance Director are hereby authorized to certify a copy of this section to the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio.
