886.08 HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF AREAS.

Council finds that the areas designated as Community Reinvestment Areas Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are areas in which housing and commercial facilities or structures of historical significance are located and in which new housing construction is discouraged.
