886.04 CONFORMITY TO ZONING REQUIREMENTS.

Any remodeling or new construction of a dwelling, commercial or industrial structure in Community Reinvestment Area No. 3 shall conform to the applicable zoning requirements in force at the time such remodeling or new construction is to be done. (Ord. 3471. Passed 2-7-84.)
