(a) The City Planner shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business license for a period not to exceed 30 days if the sexually oriented business licensee has knowingly violated this chapter or has knowingly allowed an employee to violate this chapter.
(b) The City Planner shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business employee license if the employee has knowingly violated this chapter.
