864.20 EXEMPTION FROM LICENSE FEE REQUIREMENT.

Taxicab operators and drivers shall be exempt from the fee requirements of this chapter if they are licensed by a municipal corporation with an ordinance similar in terms to this chapter and if such licensing municipal corporation has a provision in its ordinance granting reciprocity to licenses issued by the City of Miamisburg.
