864.19 SANITATION IN TAXICABS.

Every taxicab operated under this chapter shall at all times be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. The violation of this section, after reasonable notice to the operator and an opportunity duly afforded to comply therewith, shall be grounds for revocation of the operator's license.
