Any taxicab operator desiring to continue in the business of operating or driving a taxicab after the expiration of the period licensed shall, between December 1 and 31, apply for the renewal of his or her license. A renewal license shall be issued in the same manner and upon the same conditions as prescribed in this chapter for an original license. (Ord. 1149. Passed 10-4-60.)
