860.08 LICENSE REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION; AUTHORITY OF CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The Chief of Police shall have the right and authority to revoke or suspend any license issued under the provisions of this chapter for just cause. The following shall be considered as just cause:
   (a)   If such licensee or his or her employee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter;
   (b)   If any employee of such licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter with knowledge, permission or instructions of such licensee to do so;
   (c)   If such licensee has been convicted of any offense, except minor traffic violations; and
   (d)   If such licensee violates any of the rules and regulations of the Police Division insofar as the same may be applicable.
