840.08 INSPECTION; DUTY OF CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL.

It shall be the duty of the Chief Building Official to inspect or cause to be inspected at least once every three months all junk and salvaged material yards and shops in the City. Such inspection shall be for the purpose of seeing that such premises are operated in conformity with this chapter and are kept in a safe and sanitary condition.

It shall be the duty of the Chief Building Official to enforce the terms and conditions of this chapter.
