828.03 FOOD AND BEVERAGE SALES.

No person conducting a garage sale under the provisions of this chapter shall sell or offer for sale any food or beverage for consumption on the premises. Food or beverages may be provided for such consumption at no cost to the consumer, but only if a permit is obtained in advance from the Police Division.
