In granting any dance hall license, the Mayor may promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter and to protect the public peace, health, safety and welfare. Violations of such rules or regulations shall be just cause for license suspension or revocation, and shall be considered a misdemeanor in violation of this chapter.
