The fee for the issuance of any public dance hall license shall be five dollars ($5.00) per year.
All licenses shall expire on December 31 of the year of issuance and shall be renewable on a yearly basis under the same conditions and terms as for an original license. All license fees shall be paid into the General Fund.
Every licensee shall post the dance hall license in a conspicuous place upon the premises where the dance is held. (1966 Code §721.03)
