The Chief of Police may at any time suspend or, after written notification, revoke any license issued under the terms of this chapter for any of the following reasons:
(a) Violation by a licensee of any of the provisions of this chapter, or of these Codified Ordinances, or any law of this State or of the United States;
(b) Fraudulent misrepresentations made by the licensee at the time of his or her application;
(c) Permitting gambling upon the premises wherein the licensed tables are located;
(d) If such billiard parlor does not comply with all City, County, State and Federal laws regarding zoning regulations, fire regulations and health regulations;
(e) Any other reason deemed by the Chief of Police to be adverse to the health, safety, morals and welfare of the public.
Suspension or revocation of any license under this section shall be in addition to any penalty provided in Section 808.99 or any other penalty imposed upon the licensee.
