808.01 BILLIARD TABLE AND POOL TABLE DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, “billiard table” and “pool table” mean any table surrounded by an elastic edge or cushions, upon which balls are impelled by a cue, and which may or may not have pockets into which balls are hit.
