§ 54.110 REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS.
Each IU shall notify the director of any planned substantial changes to the IU's operations or system which might alter the nature, quality or volume of its wastewater at least 90 calendar days before the change or immediately after the IU has knowledge such change will occur.
   (A)   The director may require the IU to submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under § 54.74.
   (B)   The director may issue a wastewater discharge permit under § 54.32 or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under § 54.33 in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
   (C)   For purposes of this requirement, substantial changes include, but are not limited to, flow increases of 20% or greater, the discharge of any previously unreported pollutants or any other change the director finds necessary for the IU to report in order to prevent pass through or interference.
