No parcel of land which is located in any residence district shall be used for a driveway, walkway, or other access purpose to any parcel of land which is located in any commercial district. In addition, no parcel of land which is located in any commercial district shall be used for a driveway, walkway, or other access purpose to any parcel of land which is located in any residence district.
