SECTION 15.1109.  EXPIRATION OF APPROVALS.
   For special use permits approved on and after February 20, 2018. unless otherwise provided for in the approval of a special use permit:
   A.   An approval of a special use permit by the President and Board of Trustees shall be null and void if the recipient does not file an application for a building permit for the proposed project within twelve (12) months after the date of the approval of the special use permit.
   B.   An approval of a special use permit by the President and Board of Trustees shall be null and void if construction has not commenced within fifteen (15) months, and is not completed within twenty four (24) months after the date of the approval of the special use permit.
   C.   Extensions of the time requirements stated in subsections A. and B. of this Section may be granted by the President and Board of Trustees for good cause shown, as determined in the sole discretion of the President and Board of Trustees, by the applicant or special use permit holder, provided a written request is filed with the Village at least four (4) weeks prior to the respective deadline.
