SECTION 15.1705.  SCHEDULE OF LOADING AND PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
   For the following uses, accessory off-street parking spaces shall be provided as required hereinafter. Parking spaces shall be based on size and use of buildings.
   A.   Residential Uses, One-Family Dwellings and Guest Houses and Servant's Quarters.  Two (2) parking spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit.
   B.   Offices, Business, Professional, and Governmental.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area.  In addition, there shall be provided one (1) loading berth for each forty thousand (40,000) square feet of floor area.
   C.   Retail and Service Uses.
      1.   Retail Stores and Banks.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each two hundred fifty (250) square feet of floor area up to sixty (60) percent of the total square feet and thereafter one (1) parking space per five hundred (500) square feet for the remaining floor area.
      2.   Establishments Dispensing Food or Beverages for Consumption on the Premises.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each one hundred (100) square feet of floor area.
      3.   Theaters (Indoor).  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each three (3) seats.
      4.   Medical or Dental Clinics.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each fifty (50) square feet of floor area.
      5.   Laboratories or Any Facilities Engaged in Research or Development, Processing, Cleaning, Servicing, Testing or Repair of Materials, Foods, or Products.  One (1) parking space shall provided for each two (2) employees, plus one (1) parking space for each vehicle used in the conduct of the enterprise with a minimum of one (1) space per five hundred (500) square feet of floor area.  In addition, there shall be provided one (1) loading berth for each four thousand (4,000) square feet of floor area.
      6.   Warehouses.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each two thousand five hundred (2,500) square feet of floor area.
      7.   Mixed Uses. When two (2) or more uses are located on the same lot within the same building, parking spaces equal in number to the sum of the separate requirements for each such use shall be provided. No parking space or portion thereof shall serve as a required space for more than one (1) use unless otherwise authorized by the Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission.
      8.   Building Trade Showrooms and Shops, Exhibition Halls, and Other Similar Places of Assembly.  Parking spaces equal in number to fifty (50) percent of the capacity in persons shall be provided.
   D.   Community Service Uses, as follows:
      1.   Church, Temple, School, and Other Institutional Auditoriums.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each three (3) auditorium seats.  Adequate space shall also be provided for buses used in connection with the activities of the institution, and all loading and unloading of passengers shall take place upon the premises.
      2.   Churches, Temples, Rectories, Parsonages, Seminaries, Convents, Monasteries, Business Schools.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each employee and one (1) parking space shall be provided for each four (4) students based on the maximum number of students attending classes on the premises at any one time during any twenty-four (24) hour period.
      3.   Day Care Centers, Child Care Facilities and Day Care Nurseries.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each five hundred (500) square feet of floor area.
      4.   Libraries, Art Galleries and Museums, Public.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each three (3) employees, plus one (1) parking space per fifty (50) square feet of floor space.
      5.   Public Utility and Public Service Uses.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each three (3) employees, plus one (1) parking space per fifty (50) square feet of floor area.
      6.   Schools, Nursery, Elementary and Jr. High.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each employee.
      7.   High School and Junior College.  One (1) parking space shall be provided for each three (3) employees and one (1) parking space shall be provided for each four (4) students, based on the maximum number of students attending classes on the premises at any one time during any twenty-four (24) hour period.
      8.   Clubs, Lodges and Fraternal Organizations (Without Sleeping Facilities for Guests). Parking spaces equal in number to ten (10) percent of the capacity in persons shall be provided.
