All uses permitted in this district shall be subject to the following conditions:
A. The sale of foodstuffs or articles intended for human consumption shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building.
B. Establishments of the “drive-in” or “drive-through” type offering goods directly to occupants remaining in motor vehicles or which package and serve foods in disposable wrappers and/or containers to be consumed on the premises are not permitted.
C. There shall be no manufacture, processing or treatment of products other than those which are clearly incidental and essential to the retail business conducted on the same premises.
D. Operations or products of allowable uses within the H, Office/Hotel District, shall not be objectionable by reason of odor, dust, smoke, noise, vibration or other similar factors emanating from the use of the premises.
E. Any exterior sign displayed shall pertain only to a principal use conducted within the building on the premises.
F. No open storage of equipment or merchandise incidental to or necessary for the conduct of the retail or service business shall be permitted.
