The following uses may be allowed by special use permit issued within the H Office/Hotel District in accordance with the provisions of Article XI of this Chapter:
A. Planned Unit Developments authorized pursuant to Article XVII of this Zoning Ordinance.
B. Radio and/or Television Towers and/or Other Transmitting and Receiving Equipment, including Commercial Wireless Telecommunications Facilities.
C. Restaurants which may include the sale of alcoholic beverages.
