SECTION 15.1501.  PURPOSE.
   The H, Office/Hotel District, shall be restricted to offices and their accessory uses, and limited business service uses.  The H, Office/Hotel District, shall provide and maintain a park-like setting for the uses within the H, Office/Hotel District.  This zoning district provides for commercial uses in locations which abut or are adjacent to heavily traveled, multi-laned major roadways.  The uses allowed may include facilities related to the traveler or highway user, as well as commercial activities which require large land areas and do not depend upon adjacent uses for reasons of comparison shopping and pedestrian trade.  This district is not intended to allow residential or industrial uses.  However, certain facilities required to serve governmental, educational, recreational, outdoor commercial, and other needs of the area may be allowed within the H, Office/Hotel District, as special uses subject to restrictions intended to preserve and protect compatibility with allowable uses and uses in adjacent zoning districts.
   A.   All business, servicing or processing, except for off-street parking and off-street loading, shall be conducted within completely enclosed buildings, unless otherwise indicated hereinafter.
   B.   All storage, except the parking of motor vehicles in operable condition, shall be within completely enclosed buildings.
