Amendments to this Chapter may be proposed by the Board of Trustees, by the Village President, by the Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission, by any person having a proprietary interest in any property proposed to be rezoned located in the Village of Mettawa, or by any interested citizen of the Village of Mettawa.
