An appeal from any decision or ruling of the Zoning Administrator made in interpreting, applying and/or enforcing the regulations contained in this Chapter may be taken to the Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission by any person, firm, or corporation aggrieved by said decision or ruling or by any either officer, department, board or commission of the Village of Mettawa within forty five (45) days of the action of the Zoning Administrator complained of, as set forth in 65 ILCS 5/11-13-12, or such other time as set forth therein, as amended from time to time.
