A. Every application for a zoning certificate and every application for a building permit shall constitute an application for an occupancy certificate.
B. Every application for an occupancy certificate for a new or changed use of land or structure where no zoning certificate is required shall be filed with the Building and Zoning Director and, in addition to fulfilling the requirements set forth herein, shall be in such form and shall contain such information as is specified in this Chapter and as the Building and Zoning Director shall provide by general rule in order to carry out the requirements of this Chapter and enable the Building and Zoning Director to determine whether there is compliance with all of the applicable provisions and requirements the Municipal Code including but not limited to this Chapter.
