A. Any person, firm, corporation, or agent, employees, contractors, or owners who violate, disobey, omit, neglect, refuse to comply with, or who resist enforcement of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than One Hundred dollars ($100), nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) for each offense.
B. For purposes of this Section and this Chapter, each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
