SECTION 15.108.  USES NOT SPECIFICALLY ALLOWABLE IN DISTRICTS.
   When a use is not specifically allowable by being listed in the selections of this Chapter devoted to permitted or special uses, such use is hereby expressly prohibited, unless the President and Board of Trustees determine that said use is similar to and not more objectionable than uses listed. After such determination, such use may then be allowable as a special use upon application therefor as set forth in Article XI of this Chapter.
