SECTION 12.116. VICIOUS OR DANGEROUS ANIMALS.

A. No person shall keep, maintain or harbor any vicious or dangerous animal within the Village.

B. It is no defense to this section that the violating person has attempted to domesticate the dangerous or vicious animal.
