A. Whenever a recommendation of the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding a request for a variation from the terms of this Chapter, is considered by the Village President and Board of Trustees, they shall do so in the manner set forth in the Zoning Ordinance for Variations by Ordinance.
B. The terms of the relief granted by any given variation shall be specifically set forth in an ordinance and supported from the findings of fact of the Zoning Board of Appeals. The sign for which relief has been granted shall not be used in violation of the specific terms of such ordinance.
