SECTION 10.402. OTHER ALLOWED SIGNS.

All signs other than signs exempt from the regulations of this Chapter and temporary signs shall conform to the following regulations:

A. The construction requirements set forth in the Building Code; and

B. The bulk regulations of the Zoning Ordinance.
