SECTION 9.1502. APPLICATION FOR AN OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE.

A. Every application for a Building Permit shall be deemed an application for an Occupancy Certificate.

B. Every application for an Occupancy Certificate shall be in such form and shall contain such information as the Building Administrator shall provide by general rule and as is specified in this Chapter in order to carry out the requirements of this Chapter and enable the Building Administrator to determine that there is compliance with all of the applicable ordinances of the Village.
