SECTION 9.1008. NUISANCE ABATEMENT.

Any fence which may be erected or in process of erection and/or thereafter maintained contrary to the provisions of this Chapter, shall be deemed a nuisance, and it shall be the duty of the Building Administrator to summarily abate said nuisance.
