SECTION 9.1007. MODIFICATIONS.

The Zoning Board of Appeals shall hear and decide all requests for modifications from the regulations contained in this Article. Modification requests shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII of Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code.
