SECTION 9.1006. MAINTENANCE.

It shall be the duty of the owner of the lot to provide proper maintenance of fences and natural screening. Proper maintenance shall include, but is not limited to:

1. Painting;

2. Repair of broken or weak boards, posts, etc.; and

3. Resetting of nails, screws and/or other fasteners.
