A. Any fence not exceeding eight feet (8') in height may be placed within the building lines no nearer to lot lines than a building is permitted; or
B. A decorative entry fence not exceeding eight feet (8') in height may be located on either or both sides of a private driveway at or near its intersection with a street right-of-way, provided:
1. No decorative entry fence shall include more than forty feet (40') of solid fence including pillars; and
2. No person shall maintain a fence, hedge or shrub, or tree on any portion of his property which interferes with the clear view of traffic or pedestrians by drivers at the intersection of street rights-of-way or at the intersection of a street right-of-way and a private driveway.
C. Except as set forth in this Subsection, no fence shall be located within the front yard, side yard or rear yard of any lot unless: The fence is an open fence no higher than eight feet (8').
