A. The Building Administrator is authorized hereby to issue a permit for the erection of a fence, provided:
B. Three (3) drawings sketches of the proposed fence are submitted along with a properly completed building plan review application and fee and Building Permit application and fee.
C. The proposed fence shall meet with the requirements set forth in this Chapter.
