Existing drive approaches shall be considered to be in compliance with this Article and need not be brought into compliance with the several provisions of the Ordinance except in cases where such drive approaches are replaced, significantly altered or reconstructed, and in such cases which create a public nuisance or interfere with public drainage facilities.
