SECTION 9.907.  LOCATION AND CORNER SETBACK.
   A.   Drive approaches shall be so located as to make the least possible adjustment to existing grade and improvements on the public way.
   B.   Materials used in making changes in public improvements shall be approved by the Village Engineer.
      1.   Not more than two (2) curb cuts may be constructed for any residential lot.
      2.   Only one (1) curb cut is permitted for an interior or through lot which has less than one hundred twenty (120) feet frontage measured along the curb.
      3.   A corner lot must have a frontage of at least one hundred twenty (120) feet measured along the curb on each street in order to have two (2) curb cuts.
   C.   Drive approaches on residential corner lots shall be not less than twenty (20) feet from the extended property line to the nearest point of the drive approach measured along the curb.
   D.   The center line of the drive approaches shall be at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the street.
   E.   The drive approach shall at no point project beyond an extended side yard line projected at right angles to the street.
