SECTION 9.906.  CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.
   A.   Size And Shape. The width at the property line and extending to the required front yard setback shall be a minimum of nine (9) feet and a maximum of sixteen (16) feet. The maximum width at the edge of the roadway shall be thirty-two (32) feet. The edge of the drive approach shall be a two (2) foot minimum radius at the roadway and follow a curved line of ever increasing radius to the property line.
   B.   Curb And Gutter. Where a curb and gutter exist, each shall be saw cut, removed and replaced with a gutter section of Portland cement concrete.
   C.   Trees. Where new or reconstructed drive approaches require the removal of parkway trees, approval for such removal shall be obtained from the Building and Zoning Administrator. Replacement of the tree or trees shall be required in a location approved by the Building and Zoning Administrator. Removal of parkway trees and the replacement thereof shall be at the expense of the owner of the property served. The species and specification of parkway trees shall be determined by the Building and Zoning Administrator.
   D.   Exceptions. The Building Administrator may modify the provisions of division A of this Section, if the drive approach enters a cul-de-sac, if some unusual condition or circumstances exist which make strict compliance impractical, or not in the public interest.
   E.   Drainage. On those streets where street drainage is not carried in a combination of pavement gutters and storm sewers, the drainage requirement for the drive approach shall be determined by the Village Engineer.
   F.   The Typical Residential Drive Approach Drawing. The graphics following this section, shall be used to graphically interpret construction specifications of this Article.
