Every swimming pool constructed, installed or maintained shall hereafter comply with all applicable provisions of this Chapter and the 2004 Illinois Plumbing Code, except that: a) fences around swimming pools located on lots larger than two (2) acres are not required, and b) outdoor above-ground swimming pools are prohibited.
