A. The 2012 International Mechanical Code, as published by the International Code Council, be and the same is adopted hereby as the Mechanical Code of the Village of Mettawa in the State of Illinois, for the control of all buildings and structures, and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the said International Mechanical Code are referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Article, subject to the Village Modifications contained in this Chapter. A copy of this Article shall be kept on file for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk and in the Office of the Building Administrator.
B. These regulations shall be known as the Mechanical Code of the Village of Mettawa.
