A. The fees for permits for the installation of new plumbing or the alteration of existing plumbing in a building shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the President and Board of Trustees.
B. The fee for a permit to install or alter a sanitary or storm sewer shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the President and Board of Trustees.
C. A reinspection fee, in accordance with the rates as described in this Article, shall be charged on any sewer or plumbing installation which makes it necessary for the Inspector to make more than two inspections of the plumbing or sewer work.
D. The fee to construct a residential Private Individual Onsite Sewage Disposal System, including a septic tank, shall be in accordance with the most recent fee schedule, approved by the President and Board of Trustees.
E. Additional Fees. To reimburse the Village for additional expenses incurred, when work that has proceeded before a Building Permit has been issued, a Late Permit Fee shall be added to the Building Permit fee in the amount specified on the most recent fee schedule approved by the President and Board of Trustees.
