The 2004 Illinois Plumbing Code, is adopted hereby by reference as the standards and specifications, rules and regulations for the installation, alteration, repair and use of plumbing equipment and related appurtenances, subject to the Village Modifications contained in this Chapter. A copy of this Article shall be kept on file for public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk and in the Office of the Building Administrator.
