SECTION 9.404. REGISTRATION OF ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of electrical contractor or electrical contractor limited, as defined in this Chapter, without being currently registered as an electrical contractor or electrical contractor limited in another municipality which has an active Electrical Commission within the State of Illinois.
