Within the corporate limits of the Village, it shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly possess, manufacture, store, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail, use or explode and/or permit the use or explosion of any fireworks upon land in which he has any leasehold, ownership or beneficial interest.
