SECTION 2.906. DISBURSEMENTS.

The escrow funds as deposited shall be utilized to pay for professional review and any and all disbursements therefrom shall be approved by the Village Clerk or the Village President and Board of Trustees, and a copy of each disbursement shall be transmitted by the Village Clerk to the individual applicant who has deposited the funds.
