PERSON: All individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, or any other legal entities.

PROFESSIONAL FEES: Fees incurred by the Village for professional consultation by attorneys, engineers, land planners, and any other professionals retained by the Village to review, in whole or in part, Village matters.
