There is created hereby the Parks and Recreation Committee, being a standing committee of the President and Board of Trustees. The Parks and Recreation Committee shall be comprised of members of the President and Board of Trustees and shall consist of a Chairman and two (2) other members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Village President. Following their appointment, members of the Parks and Recreation Committee shall serve on the Committee for a period of one (1) year and shall continue to serve thereafter until a successor has been appointed.
