SECTION 2.202.  ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   A.   The order of business at regular meetings shall be as follows:
      1.   Call to order;
      2.   Roll call;
      3.   Approval of minutes;
      4.   Approval of bills;
      5.   Treasurer's report;
      6.   Public Hearings;
      7.   Communications and petitions from the public:
         a.   Citizens to be heard on items not on the agenda; and
         b.   Written communications of citizens to be read.
      8.   Commission, Committee and other reports:
         a.   Finance Committee
         b.   Public Works Committee
         c.   Parks and Recreation Committee
         d.   Public Safety
         e.   Zoning, Planning and Appeals Commission
      9.   Business from the Board:
         a.   Mayor's report;
         b.   Selection of Consent Agenda
         c.   Unfinished Business
         d.   New Business.
      10.   Items to be referred;
      11.   For information only;
      12.   Executive session; and
      13.   Adjournment.
   B.   All questions relating to the priority of business shall be decided by the Chair without debate, subject to appeal.
